Toni Maxwell

As of Spring 2025 our scholarship awardee has graduated from the University of South Florida with her Bachelor's Degree in Criminology with a double minor in Africana Studies and Political Science.

Throughout her time there she was able to accomplish several goals. The most notable being joining the Zeta Upsilon chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and dedicated her last year of college to service.

She graduated as President of Black Women in Law, Social Action Chair of the NAACP, Women of Today, Leaders of Tomorrow Secretary, and more. She is currently preparing for her future, and attempting to obtain a research certificate from the College of Behavioral and Community Sciences. She says thank you OYA for our support!
