Think Beyond Self to Help Others

OYA Women Organization exists to inspire women to think beyond themselves and take action that transforms lives. OYA—Ordering Your Actions—is more than a name; it’s a way of living with purpose, faith, and accountability.

We are a community of Christian women committed to empowering women of all ages to set goals, meet them, and uplift one another along the way. We believe that when a woman is strengthened, families are stabilized, and entire communities are changed.

Driven by our faith, we serve not for personal recognition, but for the benefit of others. With the mind of Christ as our guide, we step in wherever there is a need—encouraging, supporting, and helping women reach their full potential. One opportunity, one woman, and one community at a time, OYA is making a meaningful difference by turning compassion into action and faith into impact.

Our Vision

Rooted in Christian faith, OYA Women Organization equips and uplifts women of all ages to pursue growth, serve others, and create lasting change one life and one community at a time.

OYA President, Jean Seymour

At OYA, we unite to uplift and inspire women, creating lasting community impact with heart and purpose. Together, we are building a supportive sisterhood rooted in growth, service, and the belief that when women rise, generations rise with us.

Through connection, empowerment, and giving back, we are shaping a stronger future—for ourselves, our communities, and the women who will follow.

OYA Legacy Trailblazers

We honor the lives, legacy, and ongoing impact of our trailblazers—women and men who have dedicated their lives to serving others.
